Time we value it! For services of $200 and up we may require a 50% deposit. 72 hour cancellation notice to apply to your next appointment.
Cancellation Policy
Any cancellations and rescheduled appointments must be within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment and will be subject to a charge of 50% of the scheduled service. No shows will be subject to a charge of 100% of the scheduled service. Any new client’s that have a color service will be credited 50% of the scheduled service and will go towards your service.
If you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment that client will be considered a cancellation and will be subject to a charge of 50% of the scheduled service. We will reschedule your service for another time that is more convenient.
There will be a 10-day satisfaction window for clients to notify a stylist of any dislikes or concerns with their hair. If you have any concerns after the 10 days, any redoes or adjustments will be charged as a new service.
